Davis, a shareholder in the company Los Angeles office, has been named the Rising Star of Real Estate. He has represented clients in hundreds of deals with a total value of more $ 15 billion. Farrell Pickett has a proven history of finding and developing arguments that others have missed, and, if necessary, amending the law through significant appeals from federal districts in cases ranging from pay and hours to constitutional rights such as privacy and freedom words. During her nascent career so far she has had four cases up to the Ninth District. Trout Picket is also able to advise employers on a variety of issues to ensure compliance and avoid potentially costly litigation before they may arise.
Zilberstein, shareholder in Corporate Practice Miami the office has been named a rising star of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has achieved an impressive record by managing or jointly managing nearly 20 transactions totaling close to $ 24 billion at a cost of less than two years. Zilberstein’s arrival at the firm in mid-2020 coincided with the 2021 acquisition of special purpose vehicles (SPAC). Since then, she has led several multibillion-dollar business associations with SPAC, leveraging her extensive experience working with both public and private M&A transactions and the ability to navigate complex corporate, tax, and legal structures.
In addition to their robust legal practice, Davis, Farrell Pickett and Zilberstein focus on returning to their communities and are actively involved in initiatives that promote diversity in the firm.
As a hiring partner for Los Angeles an office and co-chair of his summer associate program, Davis serves as a role model and teacher, especially for other young black lawyers and law students.
