Three new doctors have moved to the Tri-Cities and are now offering their services.
Trio of health
Dr. Elizabeth Bralier has joined Trios as a primary faculty member and family medicine physician.
She will work with resident physicians at the Trios Family Medicine Residency Clinic on the second floor of the Trios Care Center at deBit at 320 W. 10th Ave., Kennewick.
Brallier will supervise resident physicians as they see patients and provide training through the context of patient care and training. And Bralier will be taking some of his patients.
She recently completed her family medicine residency at the University of Washington in Seattle after receiving her MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Bralier, who is fluent in Spanish, most recently worked at Harborview Family Medicine Clinic and University of Washington Montlake Hospital.
“Dr. Brallier has extensive leadership and teaching experience and is an excellent fit as a core faculty member for our family medicine residency program,” said Dr. Katina Roux, Trios Health Family Medicine Residency Program Director. “She will have a great impact on our resident physicians and help guide them through their internships and into their future careers.”
Brallier is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Support.

Dr. Jennifer Folwell, MD, has joined Trios as a family medicine physician.
She will practice at Trios Care Center in DeBit and will provide patients with comprehensive health care, preventive care, annual and sports exams, immunizations, minor procedures, and acute and chronic conditions for children and adults.
“She is an outstanding physician with a wide range of experience who will serve our patients and community well,” said Emilia Keener, Physician Practices market director.
Falwell has 20 years of experience in family practice in Illinois, Florida and Missouri and comes to Trios from Anderson Medical Group in Illinois.
She graduated from medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine – now AT Still University – in Kirksville, Missouri.
She is board certified in family medicine.
Prosser Health Memorial
Carmina Bowen, registered nurse, has joined Prosser Memorial Health Dermatology Center at 701 Dale Ave. in Benton City.
In May 2021, she received her master’s degree in nursing from Maryville University and then went on to work in dermatology in Richland.
She previously worked for nine years as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
She is a Lower Yakima Valley native who grew up in Prosser.
She is now accepting new patients and offers a variety of medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including BOTOX, fillers, cosmetic laser treatments, treatment of various skin conditions, and skin cancer treatment and detection.
Good health of the shepherd
OB/GYN Alexis Tuck has joined Good Shepherd Women’s Center at 620 NW 11th St. in Hermiston.
She offers help to women of all ages in Eastern Oregon.
So practiced in the Tri-Cities for five years after completing her internship at the New York School of Medicine, Brooklyn Campus in Brooklyn.
She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
The Good Shepherd Women’s Center team provides a full range of care for women on campus, as well as pregnancy and birth care at the Family Birth Center.
Ambulance in Lourdes
Lourdes Ambulance in Pasco reopened on Sundays for the first time since the pandemic.
The clinic, at 5304 N. Road 68, sees patients from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays for problems such as allergies, colds, flu, infections, minor illnesses, sprains, wounds, burns and sports exercise.
Walk-ins are allowed seven days a week, but patients can also make an appointment up to 24 hours in advance at YourLourdes.com/Online-Scheduling.
