A box with human heads was stolen in Denver


In Denver, someone stole a box of human heads from a truck carrying parts of a medical researcher’s body, Colorado police said.

In Colorado, someone stole a box of human heads from a truck carrying donated human remains, police sources said.

The strange theft occurred between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, and 9:30 a.m. Thursday, March 3, at 7700 East 23rd Avenue in Denver, police told The Denver Gazette.

Someone stole a doll and Fr. blue and white box labeled “Released Sample Man” from a parked truck, police told KUSA. The box contains an unreleased number of human heads.

“Pretty shocking,” neighbor Isaac Fields told the station.

Police are asking anyone who finds the box discarded or abandoned to call 720-913-2000. Advice on the case can be left anonymously at Crime Stoppers by calling 720-913-7867.
