Investment supports customer demand Europe in attractive segments including coffee and pet food
ZURICH, August 22, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Amcor (NYSE: AMCR) (ASX:AMC), a global leader in the design and manufacture of responsible packaging solutions, today announced the completion of the acquisition of a world-class flexible packaging facility located in Czech Republic.
The site’s strategic location immediately enhances Amcor’s ability to meet high demand and customer growth through its flexible packaging network in Europe.

The plant is a new development commissioned by DG Pack in 2019 and is equipped with state-of-the-art specialist equipment for attractive segments including coffee and pet food. The acquired land and buildings also provide an opportunity to significantly increase the scale of operations and create a highly efficient production center.
