The estate administrator named below was appointed as the estate administrator. Any person who has a claim against the deceased must, by the time the claim is set aside by any other statute of limitations, file a claim in accordance with RCW 11.40.070 by sending or mailing to the Property Administrator or to the Administrator’s Attorney at below, a copy of the claim and the filing of the original claim to the court in which the will was initiated. The claim must be filed within a later of: (1) thirty days after the personal representative has served or sent a notice to the creditor, as provided in accordance with RCW 11.40.020 (1) (c); or (2) four months after the date of the first publication of the notice. If the claim is not filed within this period, the claim shall be terminated permanently, except as provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This prohibition applies to claims against both the hereditary and non-testamentary assets of the deceased.
