All the following issues were approved by the required majority of shareholders’ votes at the general meeting:
- setting the number of the Board of Directors at seven;
- election of each director nominated by management;
- approval of a share-based compensation plan; and
- appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP auditor Nickel Creek
