Ruby Dean Bradshaw Molt, age 88, of China Grove, North Carolina, died Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Glenn A. Kizer Hospice in Salisbury following a period of declining health.
A memorial service to celebrate Ruby’s life will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, March 18, at Corriher Heights Baptist Church in Landis with Pastor Jeremy Collins officiating. A private burial will follow. Her family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday prior to her funeral.
Ruby was born Oct. 19, 1934 in Rowan Co., daughter of the late Rupert W. and Mae Nance Bradshaw. In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl Bradshaw and Bill Bradshaw.
Ruby was a graduate of China Grove High School, Class of 1953, and a member of Carrier Heights Baptist Church in Landis. Ruby worked for 20 years at Norman’s in Salisbury. After retirement, she worked with her husband, Bobby, at the Mault Brothers Service Station in China Grove. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Bobby Molt of the home, her 69 years of life, her daughter Cindy M. Stevenson (Robert) of China Grove, her son Jeff Molt (Pam) of Washington, NC, her grandchildren, Josh Stevenson (Kristina) of Sterling, VA, Matt Stevenson (Emily) of Julian, NC, her great-granddaughter, Avery Stevenson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
