Spokane Salvation Army is looking for donations for arms and legs

SPOKANE, Wash.– Spring is just around the corner, but we still need to keep warm.

That’s why Spokane Rescue Army is asking you to donate hand and foot warmers to help local people who are feeling homeless.

The Salvation Army Family Resource Center sees about 60 homeless people a day who need help in cold weather.

He said that due to the recent cold snap he had run out of warmers for his hands and feet.

The Salvation Army Family Resource Center is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday and is located at 204 E. Indiana Ave, Spokane. For more information call 509-325-6821.
