The personal representative listed below was appointed personal representative of this class. Any person who has a claim against the deceased must, before the action is set aside by any other statute of limitations, make a claim in accordance with RCW 11.40.070, delivering or mailing a personal representative or a personal representative to to the address below, a copy of the claim and the filing of the original claim to the court. The claim must be filed within a later of: (1) thirty days after the Personal Representative has served or sent a notice to the creditor, as required by RCW 11.40.020 (3); or (2) four months after the date of the first publication of the notice. If the claim is not filed within this period, the claim shall be terminated permanently, except as provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This prohibition applies to claims against both the hereditary assets and the non-testamentary assets of the deceased.
