Telegraph Media Group has reached a mark of 740,000 solvent subscribers and boasts a 25 percent increase in operating profit by 25 percent.
The number of subscribers to digital resources is growing strongly as a result of investment in technology and journalism, as well as careful coverage of topics, including the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the cost of living crisis and more.
The Telegraph app, released last year, “has become the most used paid news app in the UK, according to Ipsos data for March 2022, as well as the paid news app with the highest total minute of usage”.
“The campaign is further increasing its editorial budget and increasing the number of journalists in order to reach 1 million subscribers by 2023.”
