Uptime Legal is expanding its business with Private Cloud law firm through the acquisition of Flywire technology
EDEN PRAIRIE, Min., June 3, 2022 / PRNewswire-PRWeb / – Uptime Legal Systems (Uptime Legal), a leading law technology company, today announced the acquisition of Flywire Technology (Flywire), a leading provider of cloud services to law firms.
Flywire will join Uptime Legal and become part of Uptime Practice напра. This acquisition contributes to Uptime’s dominant position in cloud services for law firms and opens up to Flywire customers a full menu of legal technology services.
