Vermilion Energy Inc. Announces Appointment Of New Board Member News

CALGARY, AB, June 1, 2022 / PRNewswire / – Vermilion Energy Inc. (“Vermilion”, “We”, “Ours”, “Us” or “Company”) (TSX: VET) (NYSE: VET) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Myron Stadnik to our board of directors.

Mr. Stadnik has more than 35 years of knowledge in business and industry with extensive experience in senior management, cost management, operational efficiency, management, health, safety and the environment. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of ARC Resources Ltd., where he led the transformation of ARC from a top-level licensing fund Montney the manufacturer demonstrates excellent strategic leadership. Prior to ARC, Mr. Stadnik worked for a major oil and gas company on both domestic and international operations.

He is currently a member of the board of directors of Crescent Point Energy Corp., Prairie Sky Royalty Ltd. and University of Saskatchewan Engineering Trust.

Mr. Stadnik has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering University of Saskatchewan and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s advanced training program. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Alberta and has served as governor of the Canadian Petroleum Association for more than 10 years.
