A Florida home for sale is average on the outside and “crazy” on the inside.

You never know what’s going on inside a house just by looking at its exterior.

And this mansion has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms is priced at $5.99 million in Ormond Beach, Florida, proves that spirits are high.

“The oceanfront home of Hawaiian Tropic founder Ron Rice, this 12,000 sq. ft. oceanfront estate. says the Realty Pros Assured listing.

“A major presence on A1A, the site encompasses a full acre lot with 200 feet of beachfront. Located in the highly desirable Ormond Beachside lot along with other multi-million dollar residences, the home sits high on the beach with no traffic, making it your own private oasis.”

While those ocean views are something to behold, the interior manages to pack a metaphorical punch and has a huge number of amenities including:

  • Three pools

  • Floor to ceiling windows

  • “Disco Dance Floor”

  • Indoor/outdoor bar

  • Guest suite

  • Balconies

The estate is even close to posh Oceanside Country Club.

The home’s interior managed to attract the attention of Zillow Gone Wild, a popular social media real estate page, and Friday Night Zillow, a Twitter segment hosted by Bloomberg reporter Stephen Dennis.

“This CRAY CRAY BONKERS MCBONKERSPANTS the oceanfront mansion of Hawaiian Tropic founder Ron Rice, and it’s Friday Night Zillow, back for at least one more night!” Dennis tweeted about the house.

“I’m kind of digging this decor, aside from the taxidermy,” one commented Zillow Gone Wild Facebook Page.

“Maybe make it like a museum? I’d pay to ride it!” – said another. “PS. It looks so normal from the outside.’

“It’s like my Sims house if I used all the inventory items,” someone pointed out.

Bill Navarro keeps the list.

Ormond Beach is about 60 miles northeast of Orlando.
