OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Commerce is launching a new state license plate emblem for suicide prevention programs.
The emblem raises awareness of suicide prevention programs and can be placed on any license plate for $18.
The Commerce Department says most of the funds will go to support community-based organizations that work to prevent suicide and help at-risk and transitioning veterans, military personnel and their families.
