Onlookers watch a van haul away a stolen ATM in Washington, DC, cops say

Onlookers watched the van drag the stolen ATM down a Seattle road, authorities said.

The ATM was ripped from the bank’s lobby wall at 3:22 a.m. on Monday, November 28. Seattle Police Department said.

The three suspects wrapped a chain around the ATM and made off with a Ford Econoline van, police said.

As they drove away, witnesses saw a car pulling behind the van, police said.

The car was later found on the side of the road along with several damaged vehicles, police said.

A van was also nearby, police said. Witnesses told authorities they saw the suspects get into a brown or gold SUV.
